![]() ![]() Windows Sounds setup has both input and output set at '24 bit 192 kHz' Using Device class MME and selecting the 192 kHz input and output and the Behringer inputs as master clock, I still cant get the sample rate to 192 kHz. To solve my problem, I had to purchase a different USB audio interface. Behringer UMC404HD Behringer 4.38 drivers installed. If you're using an Intel processor, I don't know whether you would encounter the same problems. My computer uses an AMD Rizen 8 core processor. After several emails back and forth, Behringer's support finally admitted that the UMC404HD is not tuned for ASIO and the asio4all driver doesn't work is not supported by Behringer. View the manual for the Behringer U-Phoria UMC404HD here, for free. I then contacted Behringer since ASIO wasn't working with my UMC404HD. Working with Ableton support, they were able to identify my problem and told me I needed to switch to ASIO audi rather than mmx, which is what I was using. I had a problem which came up using Ableton Live 10.1 where Live suddenly stopped working (I was no longer able to play the music I had composed, and loading instruments into tracks and anything dealing with sound took "minutes" for Live to perform). I've had my UMC404HD since September 2019 and as great as the UMC404HD is, and I've had no complaints until about 6 weeks ago, it doesn't work if your DAW requires ASIO. ![]()
